Sake ONO comes to us from Yoshi No Gawa — established in 1548, it is the oldest brewery in the Niigata prefecture and the eighth oldest in Japan. This crisp, clean, elegant junmai daiginjo has a seimaibuai of 50% and an SMV of +1. It pairs remarkably well with steak, grilled fish, charcuterie and mild cheeses.
